Adopting a systems-based approach, I've adopted a framework for myself that draws upon Applied Psychology, Conscious Leadership, Non-Violent Communication and Authentic Relating -- to build my own personal "CPU" (central processing unit).
It's iterative in nature, acknowledging that nothing exists in silo, change is a constant & all work must begin with inner work.
